I loved the attention to detail and the fulfillment of all of my requests from the get go. Michael gave excellent strategic planning advice during the initial consultation, so my family was able to do everything we wanted to do while on our DW vacation. The transportation and strollers were booked and waiting for us at the airport and hotel. All of the coveted character dining reservations were made 60 days in advance by Kelly and she got every reservation I asked for. Kristen, our Virtual Guide, feels like my best friend now. She navigated us thru the parks like a pro and made changes to our Lightning Lanes minute by minute when needed. We will be back and we will use Michael’s Vacations again! Blessings!
Highly recommend Michael’s Vacations. They were so nice, so responsive and worked around our many constraints. Kelly was amazing. Available instantly whenever I needed her. Super responsive which was critical given I planned this trip a few short days before we went. The day itself was spectacular. We never waited more than 15-20 minutes the whole day and we were able to optimize every little detail of our day, but in a low stress way. It was truly a memory maker and we were so glad to have found Michaels!
Nothing better. Everything was perfect! I can’t imagine doing Orlando without this crew! Not having to even think or worry about a detail. I knew we’d have the best time, see everything, learn fun facts.
We most enjoyed the on-site ability to navigate us to the best rides and attractions and adjust “on the fly” based on what our granddaughter was enjoying the most.

My initial consultation with Michael was great, the amount of time we spent on the phone with him getting to know what we wanted and giving ideas and recommendations was incredible. Joey was indeed next level great for me and my family. I have been bragging about our experience to every friend that will listen. He let us know how to best get to parks in the morning, had everything scheduled and directions to the next ride immediately as we were exiting the previous. I didn’t wait longer than 10 minutes for any ride the entire trip. Nobody i know has ever been able to say this to me. I can’t wait to come back, and there is no way we would ever be at Disney without your service!

The idea of bringing eight people across country to Disney World for a week with four parks was daunting. With our desire to capitalize every minute, having Michael’s Vacations, including Michael and Kaitlyn preplanning, and then Darien guiding us through our days made such a difference. There is nothing the team could have done better – this trip was flawless because of you and every need was considered and handled! Your planning and communication service was really exceptional! The hotel was perfect, the itinerary was ideal and I felt really confident setting out for this trip that it was going to meet our needs and our wishes. It saved me a lot of time and effort on research and you seemed to really understand the Disney offering and what would work best for us. We also found our guide really friendly, personable and supportive, he got on really well with all the kids including the 4 year old and his energy and enthusiasm for all things Disney and Universal really helped to animate our trip. We enjoyed spending the day with him and getting to know him at Universal. Having said that, the Virtual Guide service also worked well for us as a family as we were able to build some flexibility and it also saved some money!
This was our 2nd time using Michael’s Vacations and the experience was just as wonderful as the last. Flex was our guide and extremely knowledgeable and fun. He made sure that both kids and adults had a wonderful time. He quickly figured out what we liked and provided us with an amazing experience. Planning a trip to any park has become very stressful and both Flex and Michael’s Vacations provided an experience that was beyond pleasant and worry free.

We loved how easy Michael’s services made our entire trip. From booking all of our dining reservations to helping us manage the parks with the least amount of time waiting for rides possible, it was a breeze. Kristen made our trip to Magic Kingdom a breeze! We hit every single thing we wanted to, added in a character lunch and caught a front row seat for the parade all thanks to her. The stress free ability to tour the parks and do all of the rides. Courtney was the best tour guide. A great balance between friendly and giving us space. My children says that she spoke just the right amount and had a great laugh. She was a hard worker and pleasant person.
The best part of the service was just knowing we had a plan and knowing what rides we were going to get in before the day ended.
Using Michael’s for planning our trip and having the In-Park Hosts during the day was the smartest decision we made. It allowed our vacation to actually be a vacation. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The service allowed us to focus on seeing our kids experience everything instead of being on our phones all day. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Flex. His ability to connect with our kids was incredible and he adapted to every last minute request, ride closure, etc. with ease.

Ashley and Courtney were so great! They were extremely knowledgeable about Disney and so helpful at the parks. Not only did they book our rides, shows, dining, and character meets- they got us coffee, helped with the strollers, and were so great with our kids. Michael was great leading to the trip, taking the time to go over all dining options with my family and Ashley gave us helpful hints for the days we were in Disney without her. 10 out of 10!
We had the opportunity to work with Rob, Aleshka, Kelly, and Ashley and had such a wonderful time with each one. They were all so knowledgeable about the parks and allowed us to be able to go on all the rides and see all the shows we wanted to with minimal waits. Our kids also loved them and wanted to sit next to them whenever they could!
We would highly recommend Michael’s for families who have never been to Disney or don’t want to be bothered with the logistics of planning. They were able to help us navigate through the parks so we could see almost everything without waiting in long lines. They also provided good information on what to expect on the rides, so our family could decide if it was appropriate for the children.

It was just an overall wonderful experience– everyone from Michael to Kelly, Kate, Kristen and Flex were awesome! An amazing experience– Kelly, Kate and Michael were very accessible and easy to talk to, and Kristen and Flex did an awesome job as our guides both at the Magic Kingdom and the Disney Hollywood Studios. I’ll definitely use y’all again next time I come!
Everything was well thought out and well planned. The intimate knowledge of the parks and the ability to adapt to whatever requests are thrown at the guide as far as preferences for rides and food.
Ashley was amazing!!! She secured all dining reservations that we wanted and we never stood in line. We were able to get on every ride including Guardians of the Galaxy and Soarin’ in Epcot and all the Toy Story rides and Star Wars rides. She was great – on top of everything!!! Ashley did it all – maybe tell clients that your guide will take care of everything. I would definitely use Michael’s services again as they were great! Made my vacation so much easier because they took care of everything. Disney is not easy to plan because of the reservation system and the genie pass, using Michael’s made it easy!
Joey, who was a total rock star! Our kids ask us every day how we think Joey’s getting on and what he might be up to 🙂 He was just brilliant – seems born to do this role!
Michael’s took all the stress out of our booking to Disney World and allowed us to all just relax, go along for the ride and have the time of our lives. Our guide, Joey, was beyond knowledgeable, patient, entertaining, energetic and a total hit with our twins. We loved every minute and would love to do it all over again!
AMAZING service!! Incredible attention to detail. Excellent communication. Covered every detail I couldn’t have even thought of. Amanda went WAY above and beyond with taking photos, carrying my bag while we went on rides, and even ordering us an Uber for prompt pickup. Above and beyond excellence! The ease of planning!! Totally hands-off for me, so saved me hours and hours of drudgery with booking things online. By far worth all the value just for this. Also amazing planning for each ride. I didn’t have to think about a thing and we had SO much fun!!
Exceeded expectations from start to finish. The thoughtless enjoyment for my wife and I to focus on our daughters and not on what’s next, where to go, etc. Stress evaporated and we had so much fun. Amanda was amazing. She consistently went above and beyond for our family, and she felt like a family member by the time we parted. The experience was incredible and worth the investment.

Amanda was a great guide. She was completely literate in her park knowledge and did a great job making our arrangements. Our grandson fell in love with her and was disappointed to see her leave. The Michael’s staff as a whole made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the pre-booking process and all the way through to the airport. Their private car service is top notch. I will recommend Michaels to everyone and use them again for sure! I’ll never go to a theme park without having Michael’s on my team. If they don’t go there, I’m not going there. Our assigned guide, Amanda, felt like a family member almost immediately and we loved every minute with her. She made the trip a true pleasure.
From start to finish everything was first rate. The preparation for the “Disney Experience” has become overwhelming and stressful for the occasional visitor. Michael’s removed this stress and made our visit truly amazing. Our tour guide, Joey, was totally engaged and very personable. He related well with our grandson and made our visit most memorable. He went above and beyond in all aspects of our 3 days in the parks.
Darian was amazing and made our day at Magic Kingdom amazing and memorable 🤗 How easy the day flowed. We didn’t have to wait a long amount of time for anything and went on all the rides we wanted to.
Rob is a gem! He will feel like a part of your family by the end of the day! He is patient, kind and so very knowledgeable of the park. We couldn’t have had a better experience with him and will definitely recommend him and this company to our friends and family!
Rob was the best! He tailored the trip to exactly what we wanted and we could not have asked for a better experience. As someone who is a planner and organizer, I had ZERO stress about our time at Disney. I was able to let go of the reins from the start. I don’t give up control very easily, but I had no problem on this trip. We did everything we wanted to do, hardly waited in any lines (during peak season), got food when we needed it, and he had us in the AC exactly when we needed it. I wish I had found Michael’s in the past, but I will forever use and recommend them. My kids called him Uncle Rob before the first day was over and we feel like we left a part of our family at Disneyland.
Extremely helpful with all parts of the experience. From planning rides to meals it was well thought out and executed with a smile. Great experience for our group. Darion and Ashley were great. Would love to use them again. Just having someone tell you what you are doing at the parks makes it much more enjoyable. They are constantly working behind the scenes to coordinate all the rides that we wanted to see. We were lucky enough to see everything we wanted thanks to their knowledge and use of genie+ and the lighting lanes combined with park timing.
