Michael was a Walt Disney World VIP Host for over 4 years and handled every detail of visits by some of the world’s most famous celebrities and Royal families. He was tasked with making the Walt Disney Company “look good” while designing complete vacation itineraries, reserving the best dining options, ensuring they experienced Disney’s best special activities, and personally hosting them in the theme parks.
When Disney discontinued these services and changed to a ‘parks tour guide’ service only, Michael took a chance and left them to independently develop ‘Michael’s VIPs’ in 1999, the first VIP Private Tour service in Central Florida. In early 2024, Michael changed the terminology and name of his company to “Michael’s Vacations” so as not to visually compete with Disney’s own ‘VIP Tour Guide’ business.
Michael established his company on the core belief that every family should enjoy the same elite experience afforded to his celebrity and royal clientele. Every detail should be arranged for them before they arrive so that they can concentrate on their children and have as many magical, care-free vacation memories as possible. Their time in the busy parks should be more about having fun than waiting in long lines needlessly. Lastly, around-the-clock personal assistance should be just a phone call or text message away.
