Offered exclusively for the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom theme parks.

IMPORTANT: As of October 2023, Disney no longer allows third-party tour guides in their Orlando (only) theme parks. Any company or individual who states otherwise is being dishonest and operating illegally. Their guests pay the price when they are left abandoned at the entrance turnstiles.

Our Virtual Guide service was developed to help our guests with the questions they most often ask, “Where should I be when?” and “What am I riding next?”

Wait Times: We maximize how many sets of Lightning Lanes you are able to use throughout your days, and we are outstanding at our ability to do so! Your average wait time will be 5 to 15 minutes, with a few exceptions that sometimes require longer due to their queue design.

Your Virtual Guide is your personal Disney expert who helps you navigate the parks and make the most of your time, all through virtual communication. They provide customized recommendations, real-time updates, and guidance tailored to your family’s interests and needs.

Some key services they provide for your family:

  • Reserve and / or modify any outstanding Multi or Single Lightning Lanes if applicable, and reserve as many sets of Lightning Lanes throughout the day as possible
  • Plan your daily itinerary and guide you through the parks efficiently, minimizing wait times
  • Suggest the best rides, shows, and attractions based on your preferences
  • Share map graphics, directions, and location-based tips
  • Point out convenient amenities like restrooms, shops, and more
  • Stay connected via texts, calls, FaceTime from ride to ride — whatever is most helpful at that time
 
The Virtual Guide applies their extensive Disney knowledge and real-time park data to be your virtual companion throughout your visit. They aim to create a seamless, stress-free experience so you can focus on making magical memories!
 
Gratuity Guidance: Because this is a personal service, we recommend at least a 20% gratuity for your Virtual Guide. Your invoice will provide a tipping feature as well as their Venmo information for a personal ‘thank you’ gift.
  
Deposit and Cancelation Policy: Each day reserved with us requires a $400 deposit that will be subtracted from your final invoice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled hosting time are subject to a $400 cancellation fee. This is to compensate our office for their planning and staff assigned to your party. Certain exceptions apply.
 
Tickets, Multi Pass, Single, and Premier Lightning Lanes are extra-cost and paid by the guest.

In-Park Host Details

Offered exclusively for the Universal Orlando, Disneyland California, and Universal Hollywood theme parks.

An In-Park Host can truly elevate your Universal or Disneyland experience by applying their extensive knowledge and being physically present with you. They know the parks inside and out — the best routes, hidden gems, ideal times for the rides, and much more.

With an In-Park Host, you will avoid long lines and crowds, find the cleanest restrooms, secure great snacking spots, and have a personalized guide tailoring the day to your family’s interests. They can even join you on the rides to ensure you have the best seats and views!

We require a minimum use of 6 hours per day. Certain exceptions apply. Their time with you begins at the arrival time you agree to within 15 minutes.

Gratuity Guidance: Because this is a personal service, we recommend at least a 20% gratuity for your In-Park Host. Your invoice will provide a tipping feature as well as their Venmo information for a personal ‘thank you’ gift. 

Disneyland CA Guide Tickets: Disneyland California forbids third-party tour guides from hosting in their parks without a ticket paid for by their guests that day. We will make this purchase through your Disney account and add your Host to your Friends and Family group.

Universal FL & CA Tickets: Universal is extremely thankful for the service we provide their guests and allows tour guides to enter using their personal annual pass. You will not be charged anything extra at Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure. However, the new Epic Universe park is not included with our annual passes yet, so we must charge you for the Guide’s entry to this specific park.

Premier Guide Details

Our Premier Guide service complements the new Lightning Lane Premier Pass option and helps our guests with the questions they most often ask, “Where should I be when?” and “What am I riding next?”
