By submitting the Reservation and Deposit Form, you hereby agree to release Michael’s Vacations, along with its shareholders, owners, subcontractors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, injuries, actions, or liabilities whatsoever that may arise from or relate to the VIP services provided. This release covers all conceivable claims, whether known or unknown at the time of service.

In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement or the services provided by Michael’s Vacations, the parties agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in the state of Florida, specifically within the jurisdiction of Orange County. Furthermore, should such a dispute lead to litigation, the prevailing party in the lawsuit will be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable costs incurred, including attorneys’ fees.

This agreement is intended to provide broad and comprehensive limitations on liability but is not to be construed as attempting to contravene applicable statutory consumer rights under applicable local, state, or federal law.
